Weekly Recap

This week went by really quickly for me! Since I got home from Portland on Monday morning, I didn't go into work until the afternoon and the day went by really quickly. I think since it felt like a 4 day week that it felt like it flew by.

I'm looking forward to just relaxing this weekend! It's supposed to be kind of gross weather, but I'm hoping that maybe it'll be sunny enough for a few hours that I can go to the pool to read or take a walk outside.

On a disappointing note, my "huge life decisions" that I thought I would have to make about a week ago ended up not being a thing. That being said, it's probably ok if it's raining this weekend so I get some job applications started and done. (P.S... if you're hiring... hi!) ;)

Bachelor in Paradise is BACK // If I'm being 100% honest, the entire BIP situation felt a little off to me. The statement by Corinne just sounded incredibly weird and forced, and based off everything else people were saying, the situation just didn't add up. Now, we will never know what actually happened, but I feel like my instincts were right. I'm excited that the show is back on and can't wait to watch.

Rosemary Chicken Bacon Salad // I used to never be a fan of salads, but recently I've been on a salad kick. I actually eat the same salad almost every day for lunch, and I'm still not tired of it... but it's always good to branch out! This salad recipe looks super yummy.

Sweet Potato Enchilada Casserole // Speaking of super yummy looking recipes, this sweet potato enchilada casserole looks AMAZING. I love sweet potato and I love enchiladas, so this looks right up my alley. I also think that dishes like these are great for summer because of the toppings, despite the fact that casseroles are generally seen as "heavier" dishes.

Instagram Stories Crush Snapchat Stories // If you're not using IG stories... wyd? I think that Snapchat and Instagram have different uses, but I have definitely noticed my Snapchat numbers going down even though I haven't really changed anything! I also have noticed that I'm instinctively posting less on Snapchat and more on Instagram stories. Interesting!

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
